Neverglade Makeover: Updated For All EPs (Save File)

Requires: World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Pets, Generations, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons

Requires: Original Neverglade World Download -YOU MUST HAVE THIS OR ELSE THE SAVE FILE IS POINTLESS AND WON’T WORK!

Neverglade is one of my all time favorite worlds. Unfortunately it was never updated for EPs released after it was created. So, inspired by Kaleekalo’s Riverview Makeover, I went ahead and created a Save File with many of the lots added for the newer EPs! I figured since I know there are others who love this world, it might be worth sharing!

It has all of the lot types for Supernatural, a small Seasons Festival lot, a Nectary, a few new houses, and most of the main lots from other EPs, including a Chinese Garden. It does not have all of the Late Night venues (only a Vampire Lounge, Fusion Lounge and two Local Watering Holes) and I added only one venue type from Showtime, a Big Performance Park (the EA premade one). The reason for this is that it is my least favorite EP, and none of the other venues really fit well with the feeling of the world. I also bulldozed two of the large 60x60 houses and placed down an Equestrian Center and Horse Ranch (EA premades).

Additionally, using Jynx’s Rabbit Hole Doors, the Castle on the Hill has been turned into a Movie Lot. I did this because the castle wasn’t exactly the most livable and in my head I imagined it being turned into a movie set for something like Harry Potter! If you don’t want a Movie Lot, by all means go ahead and get rid of it!

I didn’t create any of the lots, so please don’t give me credit there. I just placed them and made a few tweaks here and there so that they fit into the world seamlessly. Many thanks to the creators of the lots, including Beatdoc16, Ruthless_KK, My Sim Realty, LilyMayRose, Kaleeko, LemonJelly, Awesims and others from The Exchange and MTS.

The Save File is 95% CC free. One of the lots had a piece of CC attached, and I do use that one Rabbit Hole Door. There is some Store Stuff, but we all know the drill that if you don’t have it, it will just replace with objects you do have.

I have created two versions of the Save File. The first is just the empty world with all the new lots placed. No Sims inhabit it and it is ready for your Sims to make their home there. The second version is populated with households from Townies Adoption, as well as some of the main/popular households from Moonlight Falls, Sunset Valley and Riverview (Van Goulds, Wolffs, Swains, Landgraabs, Goths, Bachelor, Lothario, etc). In total it has about one hundred residents (no NPCs spawned as it hasn’t been played except to place the households). Neither Save File has been played through, so they are fresh and clean and you can do whatever you would like with them.

UPDATED! PLEASE READ!

I have made a few modifications to both files and thus have re-uploaded both versions. Both versions now have the original gym replaced with a nicer one from Awesims (located where the Pool was, which has now been eliminated, the gym has a pool anyways). In the lot of the former gym there is now a beautiful Chinese Garden where your Sims can learn Martial Arts without having to travel to Shang Simla. I also added a Consignment Store, which was sorely missing from the original upload.

In the Populated Version, I have emptied out two of the starters so that you can now start a new Sim without having to move anyone out or bulldoze lots. In both versions I have also replaced a couple of the more ugly houses (which were pre-made EA ones that Pyronium used) with nicer ones from LemonJelly and My Sim Realty.
